How do I place an order?

To place an order, add the tea to your shopping cart. To place any of the items in a shopping cart, click on its price on its individual product page under "add to cart." You can change quantities by entering a desired number and hitting the 'recalculate' button. To remove an item, just set its quantity to zero. Once you are ready to have a tea experience, please hit the 'checkout' button.

What are the payment options?

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard which are safely processed by Paypal

Where do your teas come from?

Earthbound teas have been carefully selected from tea estates around the world. Most of our teas have been hand selected from China, India, and Sri Lanka

Where is your company located?

Currently, we are an all online tea company. We have a warehouse in Long Island, NY and an office in Los Angeles, CA.

How long have you been in business?

Earthbound tea started officially in the Winter 2008. We are fresh company with lots of ideas and good values.

Whats the deal with loose tea? No bags?!

At earthbound tea, we don't want to hide our leaves in bags! With loose-leafed teas, you see exactly what you are getting and can accommodate for larger or smaller brews.

How do I use a coupon code?

Once in the "one-page checkout", you may add any (valid) coupon code. If the code comes up invalid, please email us here anytime.

Do you have free samples?

We offer very inexpensive sample sizes starting at $1. Start with a few samples and see which ones you like, but we are sure you will love them all!
